What are hyaluronic acid fillers?

Hyaluronic acid is a substance found naturally in the body that binds moisture and gives tissue volume and firmness. Its content in the skin decreases with age: contours lose fullness and wrinkles become more pronounced. Modern fillers replace exactly this missing volume.

How the treatment works

We first analyse your facial proportions and discuss your desired result. The filler is then introduced with fine needles or blunt cannulas. The anaesthetic it contains makes the treatment comfortable; on request we additionally use a numbing cream.

After the treatment

Mild swelling or small bruises are normal and usually subside within a few days. Avoid sport, sauna and intense sun for one to two days. Depending on the product and area, the result lasts about nine to eighteen months.
