What is RF microneedling?

RF microneedling combines two principles: fine needles create controlled micro-channels in the skin, while at the same time the needle tip delivers radiofrequency energy into deeper skin layers. This heat stimulates collagen and elastin formation more strongly than microneedling alone – with a more pronounced firming effect.

How the treatment works

The skin is cleansed and prepared with a numbing cream. We then guide the device over the treatment area, with penetration depth and energy set individually. Depending on the area, the session takes about 30 to 60 minutes.

After the treatment

The skin is reddened for a few hours to a few days and may swell slightly. For a few days: no sport, no sauna, no tanning bed – and consistent sun protection. For an optimal result, several sessions a few weeks apart are usually advisable.

Who is the treatment suitable for?

Suitable for declining firmness, enlarged pores and acne scars. The treatment is not performed with acute acne, infections in the treatment area, certain implants or during pregnancy. We clarify this in advance.
